Join our Macedon Ranges Health physiotherapist for the Young Athletes School Term Program!
Our Youth Strength & Conditioning group is designed to help young athletes build a solid foundation for injury prevention and enhanced physical performance. Led by a physiotherapist and designed for teens aged 12-17, each class includes:
🔹 Age-appropriate strength training using available equipment
🔹 Teaching key movement patterns such as squats, deadlifts, and upper body presses
🔹 Drills focused on running mechanics, agility, and plyometrics
🔹 Pilates equipment for additional core strength training and variety
🔹 A dedicated time for cool-down techniques and recovery education
